Holds the product and the commercial terms: quotes the equipment, supplies it and stands behind the manufacturer's warranty. This is who you call when you already know which model you need.

Official integrator
Turns the robot into a cell that produces: shop-floor scoping, design, tooling, programming, safety and startup. This is who you call when you know the problem you want solved but not yet with which equipment.
