Fairino's official network in Mexico: who to call, and what for
A cobot isn't sold, it's installed. That's why the network has two distinct roles, and it pays to know which one you need before you pick up the phone.
By Fairino México
Fairino's official network in Mexico is now published. If you're here to automate a process, the first thing worth understanding is that there are two roles, and they don't do the same job.
The distributor
Holds the product and the commercial terms. Quotes the equipment, supplies it and stands behind the manufacturer's warranty. If you already know which robot you want, you talk to the distributor.
The integrator
Turns that robot into a cell that produces: floor survey, design, tooling, programming, safety and commissioning. If what you have is a process and a part, you talk to an integrator.
The network today
Deneva as official distributor, PID Electronics and MCI Technology as official integrators. All three work with the same cobot line, so the equipment is the same whichever door you come through; what changes is which part of the job they solve for you.
If you're not sure which one you need
Send us the part —photo, drawing or the 3D model— and the process you want to automate. We'll tell you which of the two to start with, and why.
Got a part and a process?
Send us the part and the cycle time you need. We'll tell you which cell fits and who in the official network installs it.
